The Kalona Coffee House

Jeff will be our new full time barista beginning in December of 2012 and is co-owner with Rhonda.

Words from the boss: Monica is our newest barista and we’re very excited to have her bubbly personality on our team.  She enjoys adding her personal touch to drinks and using her creativity to make the drinks look extra special.

Words from the boss: Holly was able to learn all the drinks very quickly and is a very faithful employee.  Customers enjoy her easy-going personality and she works very hard to please the customer.

What is your favorite drink? Regular Coffee in the morning and Mint Mocha Frappe in the afternoon

What is your favorite drink to make? Lattes or frozen drinks with whipped cream

What is the most unique drink your employees have created that was actually tasty? Definitely the Peanut butter & jelly crème slush

What do you like most about working at Kalona Coffee House? Meeting so many new people, and of course making drinks is super fun!

What is the biggest mess you’ve ever made at work? I didn’t really “make” the mess but twice a water pipe came loose and water was gushing everywhere and we had to close the store for ten minutes while we cleaned up.
